Some places exist to make us stop. Not for long — just long enough to breathe, to savour, to remember that life tastes better when lived slowly. Our space was born from that belief: to bring to Portugal the sophisticated simplicity of a Venetian bacaro, where a glass of prosecco and a tramezzino are, in themselves, a complete ritual.
Tramezzini are our obsession. Soft, pillowy crustless bread, cut into generous triangles — exactly as it has been done in Venice since 1925. Every combination is crafted with care: Italian ingredients of origin, carefully sourced from artisan producers across Italy, prepared with honesty and without shortcuts. There is no rush in our kitchen.
The prosecco arrives cold, in flûtes that catch the light — a sparkling touch that invites conversation. We select our wines from the hills of Veneto, from producers who still believe that time itself is an ingredient. With every glass, a small journey.
We are fast food with an Italian soul — and that means speed never comes at the cost of quality. In minutes, you hold something made with genuine pleasure. No endless queues, no ten-page menus, no unnecessary noise. Just the essentials, done very well.
Portugal gave us the warmth. Italy gave us the flavours. We gave them a place to meet.
